Dinner and a Movie a Great Success

Shepherd’s Daughters, the GSLC branch of the LWML, raised $462.41 from its inaugural fund-raiser of a Lasagna dinner with the movie The Quiet Man. Sixty-62 tickets with sold (with some donations) and fifty-six people enjoyed plenty of food and dessert, popcorn, and a great Irish movie.

Shepherd’s Daughters plan to use the money raised for service projects.

The idea is to work on your craft as you listen/participate in the class. If interested, please let Stewardship Chairman Wendy Green know what days and times work for you. A Big Thank You!

Good Shepherd’s float in the Titusville Christmas Parade was a huge hit. Our Choir was the only one with microphones! All involved had a great time although the candy ran out at the one-third mark of the route. Thank you to all who worked on the float and golf carts, those who walked the route, our choir and Ricky Hall, and those who donated the candy and who prayed for our safety and success.
